On 05/07/2016 at approximately 1145 p.m. a 16 year old female was assaulted in the 100 block of North Lawler St. The female had just left the movie theater and was getting into her vehicle when the assault occurred.
The Mitchell Police Department is looking for a white male described as being approximately 5’8″ or 5’9″ with a round face and a medium to large build. The male had short dark hair and was wearing a green t-shirt and darker colored pants. The male was seen coming from the 100 block of East 2nd Ave crossing Lawler St just prior to the incident. After the assault occurred, the male ran to the east.
