Paul Costello / Country LivingCarrie Underwood apparently has a new house in the works, according to the new issue of Country Living.
“My husband, Mike [Fisher], and I are designing our ‘forever’ home,” she tells the magazine in an article titled “9 Things Carrie Underwood Can’t Live Without.” “My must-haves are a wood-burning fireplace, a porch swing and rocking chairs,” the “Church Bells” hitmaker adds.
In addition to her one-year-old Isaiah, there are two other members of her family she can’t do without. “I have two dogs — Ace and Penny Jean — but I constantly consider renaming them Bad and Worse,” she jokes. “I can’t imagine life without them, though.”
The American Idol winner goes on to reveal she has a weakness for collecting antique trunks, and her favorite getaway is her parents’ home in Checotah, Oklahoma. You can find out more in the issue of Country Living with Sheryl Crow on the cover, which is available now.
