Big Loud RecordsWith a new album titled Girl Problems, it’s probably not too much of a surprise that newcomer Chris Lane is a huge fan of ABC’s reality dating show The Bachelorette.
“I can’t not watch it, like I love it!” he confesses. In fact, Chris admits he’d even entertain the idea of one day being on the show himself.
“You know what? You never know. Maybe in a couple years,” he says of the possibility. “I’m still trying to get my career off the ground now, but yeah, maybe when I get settled down a little bit. You never know,” he laughs.
Since Chris also happens to have an identical twin brother, Cory, who plays drums in his band, the two could present an interesting twist if one or both were cast on The Bachelor or The Bachelorette. You can catch the latest round of dating drama Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
Chris’s new album Girl Problems comes out August 5. His breakthrough hit, “Fix,” is poised to break into the top five this week.
