ABC/Image Group LAEric Church will launch his Holdin’ My Own tour next January in Lincoln, Nebraska, hitting more than sixty cities before wrapping with two nights at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena in May. He made the announcement via Facebook Live before the first of two sold-out shows this week at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
The “Record Year” hitmaker is shaking things up in more ways than one on this tour. First of all, there’ll be no opening act; Eric and his band will play two full sets with an intermission in between. Secondly, he’s instituting an elaborate pre-sale system to thwart scalpers. You can find out more about the process on Eric’s website.
