ABCNashville fans, you’ve finally got something new to look forward to. Season five of the show is set to premiere Thursday, January 5 at 9 p.m. ET on CMT. After four seasons on ABC, the primetime drama set in Music City will kick off its run on its new network with a special two-hour episode.
Ed Zwick and Marshall Herkovitz, who created the 80s hit series thirtysomething, take over as showrunners this season. You’ll also be able to watch the show’s new episodes on Hulu the day after they air on CMT.
