BMLGWith a number-one hit already to its credit, the third album from Florida Georgia Line makes its debut today, as its second single, “May We All,” ascends the charts. Just as Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley may’ve spread their wings a little with their new music, they also happen to be trying some new tactics with their latest video.
“You know, we just took a different approach this time, and it’s like a little mini-movie. No singing, no performance shots and just a bunch of acting, some race car driving,” Brian says of the forthcoming clip for “May We All.” “It’s pretty intense. I think it pulls on the heartstrings pretty hard, so there’s some really cool moments.”
Guest vocalist and accomplished actor Tim McGraw was also on the shoot.
“Tim just showed up like a total pro, in character. Learned a lot from him that day. Just an overall great day out in Tennessee,” Brian recalls.
“We told Tim we were gonna be taking notes all day,” Tyler adds. “So yeah, we studied hard that day, but we had a good time.”
Florida Georgia Line’s new video for “May We All” premieres Monday at 8 p.m. ET. on the duo’s YouTube channel. Their new album, Dig Your Roots, is available in stores and online today.
