ABC/Image Group LA Kenny Chesney’s Cosmic Hallelujah rockets to the top of both the Billboard 200 albums chart and the country ranking as well this week. Selling more than 79,000 copies, the set originally titled Some Town Somewhere becomes Kenny’s eighth effort to bow at number-one on the all-genre tally.
When it comes to the country chart, this is Kenny’s fourteenth time to start at the top, putting him in the company of Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson. George Strait holds the record for the most albums to debut at number one, with 26 to his credit.
