BMLGNewcomer Drake White’s new song “Makin’ Me Look Good Again” isn’t just the follow-up to his top-15 hit, “Livin’ the Dream” — it just may be the tune that seals the deal to make him husband of the year.
“This song is deeply personal to me,” the Alabama natives says. “The inspiration for this song is my wife Alex. I am always a better version of myself when she is by my side and I am thankful for her every day. It is awesome that I can finally express that to the world through music.”
“Makin’ Me Look Good Again” is the second single from Drake’s debut album, Spark. Another song from the collection, “Heartbeat,” is featured in a new Geico spot starring Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten.
Drake is set to play the prestigious New Faces show February 24 during Country Radio Seminar in Nashville.
