Mitchell Mayor Jerry Toomey says he’ll wait and see how a proposed drive to recall him from office plays out. Toomey told KORN News Radio Thursday evening he learned of the petition drive for a recall election by Brad Bowling earlier. A local newspaper posted the story on social media.
