ABC/Image Group LANext week may be the busiest one in country music all year, but Brad Paisley will be starting things off singing a decidedly different tune.
Sunday night, Brad headlines the first-ever Disco Party for the Alzheimer’s Association at Nashville’s Wildhorse Saloon. Brad’s wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, is on the host committee.
As part of the fun, Brad, Hunter Hayes, Nashville’s Charles Esten, Jerrod Niemann, newcomer Ryan Kinder, High Valley and others will perform the biggest disco hits of the seventies and eighties.
Alzheimer’s is a cause close to the Paisley family’s hearts. Last year, Kimberly lost her mother to the disease, a battle she detailed in her book, Where the Light Gets In.
Brad will be back to his country roots on Sunday, June 11, as he plays the closing night of CMA Music Festival at Nissan Stadium.
