Davison County authorities are looking for an escaped prisoner. 23 year old James Wesley Spino was sentenced to four years probation on a possession of a controlled substance charge. He was ordered to serve 180 days in jail but was furloughed to attend treatment in Sioux Falls. While there he violated treatment center rules and left the facility without permission. He’s wanted for second-degree escape and violation of furlough conditions.
Spino is a Native American, five-feet-eight, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos: : “Without Fear There Is No Courage” – right arm; “Spino” – right upper arm; “Bear Claw Aaliyah” – on chest; “Wesley with feathers” – Back;
