The Davison County Sheriff’s Office says escaped prisoner, 23 year old James Wesley Spino, is back in custody. Mitchell Police apprehended Spino around 2 am Wednesday at a local convenience store. He was sentenced to four years probation on a possession of a controlled substance charge. Spino was furloughed to attend treatment in Sioux Falls. While there he violated treatment center rules and left the facility without permission.
