ABC/Randy HolmesAs if having seven #1 singles in a row isn’t quite enough, Cole Swindell’s getting a little extra icing on the cake.
In addition to “Flatliner” topping the chart this week and setting a record on the Mediabase tally, Cole’s previous #1, “Middle of a Memory,” has just passed the million-seller mark, according to the RIAA. That makes it the fifth platinum single of his career.
“Middle of a Memory,” “You Should Be Here,” “Chillin’ It,” Ain’t Worth the Whiskey,” and “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight” have all passed the million-selling milestone, while “Let Me See Ya Girl” has been certified gold.
This weekend, Cole and his “Flatliner” duet partner Dierks Bentley pass through Sacramento and Mountain View, California, along with their What the Hell tourmate Jon Pardi.
