“Girl Problems”: Chris Lane celebrates an anniversary by stripping it down

Courtesy Big LoudA year after Chris Lane let us in on his Girl Problems, he’s stripping it down for his fans.

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of his debut album, the North Carolina native has re-recorded the entire project as an acoustic jam, including his gold singles: the #1 “Fix” and the soon-to-be top-10, “For Her.” You can preview the new version now at Billboard.com, before it becomes available digitally Friday.

“So many amazing things have happened since the release of Girl Problems last August,” Chris says. “And a great way to celebrate that is with this all-acoustic version…I can’t wait for people to hear it, as well as what’s to come.”

As Chris looks ahead to his sophomore release, he continues on Florida Georgia Line’s Smooth Tour. It wraps the weekend of October 21 in Alpharetta, Georgia.
