Michael Ray and his labelmates are taking an Opry field trip to New York City

ABC/Image Group LA The Grand Ole Opry will be taking a little bite out of the Big Apple this September.

The Opry, Southwest Airlines and Warner Music Nashville are partnering to put on three “Circle in the City” concerts, just as they did last fall.

Newcomer Devin Dawson will open the series in Bryant Park next Wednesday. He recently cracked the top-40 for the first time with his debut single, “All on Me.”

Michael Ray and Morgan Evans continue the music on Thursday — Michael’s two number ones, “Kiss You in the Morning” and “Think a Little Less,” sure to be part of the set. Prior to the release of Morgan’s debut American single, “Kiss Somebody,” many folks knew the Australian simply as Kelsea Ballerini’s fiancé.

Ryan Kinder, who’s currently working on his debut album, wraps things up on September 15.

Look for the Opry’s permanent New York City home — the four-story Opry City Stage — to open in Times Square later this year.
