CMTSam Hunt’s “Body Like a Back Road’ will be honored as CMT’s first-ever Song of the Year at the upcoming 2017 CMT Artists of the Year celebration at Nashville’s Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
The Montevallo hitmaker joins previously-announced award recipients Chris Stapleton, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, and Luke Bryan. The evening will also honor those who’ve weathered Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma.
