The country community reaches out on social media, after Sunday’s mass shooting in Las Vegas

Photo by David Becker/Getty ImagesAs the nation and the world try to make sense of the mass shooting in Las Vegas Sunday night that left at least 50 dead and 200 injured, the country music community is reaching out, after a tragedy that hits particularly close to home. 

The shooting took place during two-time ACM Entertainer of the Year Jason Aldean‘s set at the Route 91 Harvest festival.

Here’s how the stars were processing their grief Monday morning on social media:

Shania Twain:  Heartbroken over the news of Vegas. My thoughts with all the innocent victims and their families x

Kelsea Ballerini:  Just sad. And so sorry for the fans who came to sing and dance and be free and happy. thinking of everyone there & my friend Jason Aldean.

Brett Eldredge:  My heart hurts… what in the world?! Let’s all show Vegas we have their back in this madness… praying for all of the victims and for the country music community… damn this hits close to home… We WILL get through this.

Chris Janson:  Heartbreaking news this morning. We are praying for everyone. Jesus, be with these people. Unbelievable. This world makes me sad.
