Meet Sir Rosevelt: How “Jekyll + Hyde” led to Zac Brown’s new side band

ABC/Randy HolmesThe debut album from Zac Brown’s side band, Sir Rosevelt, will arrive December 15.

Described as “Southern pop,” the project grew out of the experimentation Zac did on ZBB’s 2015 album, Jekyll + Hyde.  Songwriter Niko Moon and producer Ben Simonetti complete the trio.

“Sir Rosevelt is a new chapter in addition to Zac Brown Band,” Zac says. “A new outlet for creativity, connection and art. Get ready.”

The record’s new single, “Something ‘Bout You” was produced by Timbaland, who’s known for his work with Justin Timberlake and Missy Elliott, among others. It’s available to stream or download now, or you can check out the lyric video on YouTube.

Sir Rosevelt will play its first live date in the U.S. December 29 at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.
