ABC/JON LEMAYRascal Flatts’ Joe Don Rooney will be one of several guitarists featured in the TV special America Salutes You and Wall Street Rocks Presents: Guitar Legends For Heroes.
The concert is set to air nationally on Dec. 23 on Tribune Broadcasting, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Hearst Television, Graham Media Group, Gray and Ion television stations. Check your local listings for times.
The show will include performances by Joe Don, Lindsay Ell, Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi, Dave Navarro of Jane’s Addiction, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, Nancy Wilson of Heart, Sam Moore of Sam and Dave, Orianthi, and Robert Randolph.
The benefit concert, which was filmed on Nov. 29 at New York City’s Terminal 5, was a thank-you to the military and veterans, and also raised funds for charities that support them, including Headstrong, Psych Armor, The Elizabeth Dole Foundation, Hope For The Warriors and Warrior Canine Connection.
