ABC/Image Group LA Lots of folks are anxious to get a glance at Carrie Underwood, after the superstar told her fan club earlier this week she “might look a bit different,” after requiring 40-50 stitches on her face following a serious fall down some steps outside her home in November. But if you’re paying attention to Carrie’s socials, you’ve already glimpsed the Oklahoma beauty, whether you realized it or not.
Adrienne Gang — from the Bravo reality show Below Deck — shared a photo with Carrie in early December, after running into her during a workout. In the picture, which clearly shows Carrie’s face, she looks much the same as always, with no noticeable change.
“I had no idea she got hurt prior to meeting her,” Gang told Us Weekly. “She had a wrist brace on, but I didn’t think much of it until I saw the headlines after I posted our picture together. I didn’t notice anything amiss on her face. Simply, she looked lovely. She was extremely friendly and gracious.”
Carrie revealed the new details about her accident — which also left her with a broken wrist — on Monday, in a blog post written especially for members of her fan club.
