The Recording AcademyIt may very well be a match made in country music heaven, as Chris Stapleton teams up to sing with Emmylou Harris on this Sunday’s Grammys.
Emmylou already has an impressive collection of 13 trophies from the Recording Academy, and she’ll be given the Grammys’ Lifetime Achievement Award this year. Chris is just starting his collection. Having already won two, he competes for three more this weekend: Best Country Solo Performance for “Either Way,” Best Country Album for From A Room: Volume 1, and Best Country Song for his current single, “Broken Halos.”
Chris and Emmylou join already-announced country performers Eric Church, Maren Morris and Brothers Osborne, who’ll play together in remembrance of October’s tragedy at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas. Little Big Town will take the stage as well.
James Corden will host the 60th Annual Grammy Awards, which will air live from New York City on Sunday, starting at 7:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
