On Friday, 02-23-2018, at approx. 10:27 a.m. The Mitchell Department of Public Safety received a report of an unresponsive woman who was outside of a residence located on the 1000 block of N. Langdon St. Responding Officers found a deceased 49-year-old female who was outside, within feet of her residence. There appears to be no sign of foul play. It appears that alcohol was a factor in the death.
