Warner Music NashvilleBlake Shelton was forced to postpone his Saturday night show in Bossier City, Louisiana, after coming down with the flu. Now, the “I Lived It” hitmaker is on the mend, and will take the stage at that city’s CenturyLink Center on Tuesday night.
“Friends, I have been battling the flu the last few days and today it has gotten the best of me,” he revealed on Twitter over the weekend. “I rarely have to postpone a show and I apologize to everyone who had their Saturday night plans to spend it with me and the other Freaks on the Country Music Freaks Tour.”
Brett Eldredge, Trace Adkins and Carly Pearce will all be along for the Tuesday night show as planned. Any ticketholders who can’t attend the rescheduled show will be able to get a refund at the point of purchase.
