Legacy RecordingsThe flu and respiratory ailments may’ve kept Willie Nelson at home for the first couple months of 2018, but the 84-year-old is heading back out on the road again, with no plans to slow down.
Starting May 25, the Country Music Hall-of-Famer will kick off this year’s Outlaw Music Festival Tour in Raleigh, North Carolina, playing nine cities in all, before wrapping in Houston, Texas on July 1.
Alison Krauss, Delta Rae, Elvis Costello & the Imposters, and Old Crow Medicine Show are just some of the artists who’ll join him along the way.
“We had so much fun on the Outlaw Music Festival Tour last year that we decided to do it again!” Willie says. “See y’all out on the road this summer.”
Tickets go on sale this Friday, with more information available at OutlawMusicFestival.com.
Willie’s also planning to release a new album next month. Last Man Standing comes out April 27, two days before he turns 85.
