BBR Music Group Craig Campbell continues his tradition of bringing the game of cornhole to the week of CMA Fest this year, as he hosts the Celebrity Cornhole Challenge June 5 at Nashville’s City Winery. He’ll follow it with a star-studded dinner the next day.
“It’s hard to believe this is year six!” the Georgia native says. “We’re hoping to beat the $180,000 we raised last year, so we’re pulling out all the stops and will have a few returning celebrities and some rookies playing to help Fight CRC. Seeing all the fans come out in support, means the world to me!”
Proceeds go to the nonprofit Fight Colorectal Cancer. It’s a personal cause for Craig, whose father died of the disease at age 36, when Craig was only 11. We’ll find out in the coming weeks which of Craig’s celebrity friends will be joining him.
Craig’s currently busy promoting his new single, “See You Try.”
