Devin Dawson discovers “the most passionate crowds…ever” on tour with Brett Eldredge

ABC/Image Group LA Devin Dawson wrapped up his initial run with Brett Eldredge Saturday night at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom, after a string of sold-out shows.

“This weekend we celebrated the end of the first leg of #TheLongWayTour,” the “All on Me” hitmaker tweeted on Monday, along with a bunch of photos from the road. “HUGE thank you to Brett Eldredge & his entire band, crew, & team for showing us the upmost hospitality on this run!”

“These were hands down the most passionate crowds I’ve ever played for,” he continued. “It was an honor to be on that stage every night. Thanks for comin’ out to party with us! Cheers y’all! See you on the road again soon.”

Devin and Brett will reconvene this fall, as they team up for another run of The Long Way shows starting in September. This summer, Devin heads out with Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on the their Soul2Soul trek.

Meanwhile, Devin’s releasing “Asking for a Friend” as the follow-up to his breakthrough hit, “All on Me.”
