ABC/Image Group LA Fifty-six dogs now have new forever homes, thanks to the work of Miranda Lambert‘s MuttNation Foundation at CMA Fest.
One family even made the eleven-hour trip from Pennsylvania to adopt a pup in Nashville. Many of this year’s adoptees were christened with new country music names, like Lady A, Zac Brown, Luke Bryan, George Strait, Keith Urban, Dottie West, Tammy Wynette and Lambert.
This is the third year in a row Miranda’s nonprofit has set up shop at Fan Fair X inside Music City Center during the four-day CMA Fest. In all, 150 dogs have found new homes thanks to the effort.
This year’s adoption drive was a partnership with the Nashville Humane Association.
