Jason Aldean cancels Cincinnati concert due to flooding

ABC RadioJason Aldean’s been forced to cancel his Thursday stop on the High Noon Neon Tour due to flooding. The three-time ACM Entertainer of the Year was supposed to play Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati with openers Luke Combs and Lauren Alaina.

The “Drowns the Whiskey” hitmaker broke the news to his fans on social media: “Due to the unprecedented amount of rainfall over the past few days causing the Ohio River to rise above flood stage, the Jason Aldean concert scheduled for this Thursday, September 13 has been cancelled,” reads the announcement.

While the concert won’t be rescheduled, ticket holders can get a refund at the point of purchase.

Jason’s tour continues elsewhere this week, with stops in Clarkston, Michigan and Toronto, Canada on Friday and Saturday.
