ABC/Image Group LA If you’re keeping up with the romance of Michael Ray and Carly Pearce, you know the two hitmakers are just fine with a little show of PDA on social media.
But as Michael joins the Happy Endings World Tour with Old Dominion and Carly plays What Makes You Country dates with Luke Bryan, they’re preparing for a long stretch alone.
“I’m missing this wine drinking, bluegrass loving, 6 miles a day running, beautiful angel..” Michael Instagrammed Thursday, along with a picture of the two embracing.
“This is our long haul babe but I’m glad I get to be the dude that gets to miss ya,” he added, “and in a short 24.5 days 588 hrs 2,116,800 secs I’ll be kissing ya!! But who’s counting.”
“Brb crying in the airport,” Carly responded. “I love you more than you know!!!”
Michael’s labelmate Dan Smyers couldn’t resist ribbing the lovebirds a little bit.
“Mike you make me weak in the knees,” Dan commented.
Dan doesn’t have much room to talk, of course: Dan + Shay’s latest single, “Speechless,” is about how beautiful their wives looked walking down the aisle.
