Miranda Lambert relaxes in the Sooner State before kicking off her residency at the Hall of Fame

ABC/Image Group LA Miranda Lambert’s been enjoying a little leisure time lately, after wrapping her Bandwagon Tour with Little Big Town late last month.

This weekend, Miranda showed her beloved Gypsy Vanner horses at the Oklahoma State Fair, and even took in an Italian family circus.

“Thank you Oklahoma State Fair for the memories!” the CMA and ACM Female Vocalist of the Year shared on her socials, along with a collection of pictures.

“The Gypsy Vanner show, the Ferris Wheel, friends, family and my first time to see a real circus!” she added. “The Zoppe Circus was amazing! The whole weekend was a dream.”

Miranda will be back to work on Wednesday when she plays the first of two Artist in Residence shows in the CMA Theater at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. The second concert takes place next Wednesday, September 26.

New music from Miranda’s band Pistol Annies is also expected sometime this fall.
