ABC/Image Group LAMorgan Wallen is teaming up with World Wrestling Entertainment this holiday season to honor America’s servicemen and women.
The newcomer from East Tennessee will perform on the 16th Annual WWE Tribute to the Troops Thursday at 9 p.m. ET on USA Network. Look for comedian Jon Stewart on the two-hour special, recorded earlier this month in Fort Hood, Texas, as well.
2018 proved to be the breakthrough year for Morgan. He hit #1 as an artist with “Up Down,” his collaboration with Florida Georgia Line, and also traveled to the top as a writer, penning Jason Aldean‘s “You Make It Easy.”
Next year, Morgan kicks off his If I Know Me Tour January 4 in Rosemont, Illinois. His latest single, “Whiskey Glasses,” is now climbing country’s top 40.
