ABC/Image Group LAEaston Corbin is back with his first new music since his top ten hit, “A Girl Like You.” And even though he didn’t write his new single “Somebody’s Gotta Be Country,” he says it’s perfect for him.
“When I heard ‘Somebody’s Gotta Be Country’ I felt like it was written about ME, and I knew it was one I had to record,” Easton says. “I am really excited about this new music because I feel like it’s taking me back where I want to be — back to my roots.”

“The video for this song also captures me in my true element,” he explains, “And where I am in my career right now, I think it’s more important than ever for me just to be myself and to capture that in my music. This song and video does exactly that.”
Tuesday night, Easton debuted the new songs “Turn Up” and “HonkyTonk Land” at The Stage honky tonk in Nashville. So far, there’s no word about the arrival of his next album.
