Check out Carrie Underwood’s “Temporary Home,” now on sale for $1.45 million

Capitol NashvilleIf you have about a million-and-a-half dollars to spare, you can live like Carrie Underwood.

The Brentwood, Tennessee mansion belonging to the “Love Wins” hitmaker is now on the market for $1.45 million, according to Variety. That’s just slightly more than the $1.353 million she paid for it in 2007 before marrying Mike Fisher.

Carrie and her growing family moved out of the home sometime last year, before the birth of her son Jacob about a month ago. The house happens to be where the Oklahoma native suffered a serious fall in November of 2017, leaving her with a broken wrist and dozens of stitches on her face.

The Fisher/Underwood clan now lives in a custom-built Cape-Cod-style mansion on one-thousand acres in Franklin, Tennessee — even further south of Nashville. Wynonna Judd is one of her closest neighbors.

Carrie’s previous home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the golf course in Brentwood’s prestigious, gated Governors Club. The seven-thousand-square-foot mansion boasts four bedrooms, plus four full baths and two half-baths over three stories.

It also has a mirrored gym and a guest apartment with a kitchenette, as well as a master bedroom with a fireplace and a multi-story closet fit for a country queen.
