ABC/Image Group LABrooks & Dunn teams up with ACM Group of the Year nominee LANCO for a REBOOT of their 1996 hit “Mama Don’t Get Dressed Up for Nothing.”
It’s the fourth preview track from the REBOOT album, which pairs the legendary duo with some of the hottest current country acts to reimagine their biggest hits.
“We really wanted to do this track because it personifies that classic Brooks & Dunn, iconic sound,” LANCO lead singer Brandon Lancaster says.
“With that famous guitar riff too, it just felt like the perfect fun song with the honky tonk feel and vibe that Brooks & Dunn put on the map. We’re proud to be a part of it.”
LANCO’s collaboration follows previously released new versions of “Brand New Man” with Luke Combs, “Believe” with Kane Brown, and “My Next Broken Heart” with Jon Pardi.
The full REBOOT record arrives April 5, featuring Thomas Rhett, Brett Young, Brothers Osborne, Midland and more.
