Old Dominion plans to “Make It Sweet” by giving fans new music as it’s ready

ABC/Image Group LAOld Dominion‘s latest hit, “Make It Sweet,” is just one spot away from country’s top five this week, though we still don’t know exactly when the new album from the CMA and ACM Vocal Group of the Year will arrive.

In the meantime, lead singer Matthew Ramsey says the five-man band plans to keep the new tunes coming.

“It’s mostly done…” he says of OD’s third record.  “We’re just excited to get music out. As we finish songs, we just want to get ’em out. So for a while here, we’re just gonna keep trickling out song after song until it’s time to put the whole thing out.”

The most recent new tune from Old Dominion came in January with the love song, “One Man Band.”

This week, OD’s Make It Sweet Tour resumes with stops in Wisconsin, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa.
