Pop star Pink shows some “Love” for Chris Stapleton, serving up a new collaboration

ABC/Mark LevineIf you’re jonesing for the next Chris Stapleton album, the “Millionaire” hitmaker has warned it may be a minute. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t some new Stapleton songs on the way — and pop star Pink is here to help.

The two team up on the new track “Love Me Anyway” from Pink’s new album Hurts 2B Human, which is set to be released on April 26.

Neither artist is a stranger to a cross-genre collaboration, of course. Stapleton was first thrust into the national spotlight in a major way in 2015, when he performed on the CMA Awards with Justin Timberlake.  The two later reunited for the Grammy-nominated duet “Say Something.”

And Pink herself already has a #1 country hit under her belt, in fact. She hit the top of the chart for two weeks with Kenny Chesney in October/November 2016 with “Setting the World on Fire.”
