ABC/Image Group LA Drinkin’ Hours will officially kick off for Cole Swindell on Friday.
That’s the title of the fifth EP in Cole’s popular Down Home Sessions series, but this time, he’s doing it a little bit differently. For Drinkin’ Hours: Down Home Sessions V, the Georgia native will put out a new song every month for the next five months. The first — the title track — is set to arrive on Friday.
Starting in November of 2014, Cole released a new EP every year through 2017, skipping last fall. Just like the EPs, Cole’s fan club is known as the Down Home Crew.
Friday’s a big day for Cole: He’s set to play Gillette Stadium, the home of the New England Patriots, that night with Luke Bryan, Brett Young, and newcomer Jon Langston on the Sunset Repeat Tour.
This week, Cole’s latest “regular” single, “Love You Too Late,” just broke into country’s top twenty.
