EMI Records NashvilleNewcomer Jon Langston’s commemorating the twenty-eighth anniversary of “Don’t Rock the Jukebox” hitting number one on the country chart by releasing his cover of the Alan Jackson classic.
Jon grew up in Loganville, Georgia, just an hour from Alan’s hometown of Newnan. For Jon, he was a pivotal influence.
“When I was a kid, my granddaddy gave me my first country CD, Who I Am by Alan Jackson,” Jon recalls. “Alan Jackson is the reason I fell in love with country music.”
Jon’s also just put out a new video for his own song, “Dance Tonight.” His new single, however, is the track “Now You Know.”
This week, he continues on the Sunset Repeat Tour with fellow Georgia natives Luke Bryan and Cole Swindell. Thursday night, they kick off four shows in New York State in Saratoga Springs.
