ABC/Ed HerreraDays before the premiere of the 2019 CMA Fest special on ABC-TV, the Country Music Association is already looking ahead to next year.
The organization has announced that passes for CMA Fest 2020 go on sale this Friday, August 2, at 10:00 a.m. CT. Passes give fans entry into the event’s nightly concerts at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, which feature performances by country’s biggest stars.
The passes also include admission to the indoor Xfinity Fan Fair X event, which features performances and exclusive interviews with artists, along with meet-and-greet opportunities. Fans will also have free access to day and nighttime shuttles.
The annual festival will once again take over downtown Nashville June 4-7. Proceeds benefit the CMA Foundation, which supports music education.
A three-hour special hosted by Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini, featuring 29 performances from 2019 CMA Fest, airs Sunday on ABC at 8 p.m. ET. Fans can look forward to sets by Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan and more, in addition to special appearances by Lil Nas X and Joan Jett.
