Warren Zeiders has big hopes for ‘Relapse’

Warren Zeiders doesn’t claim ownership of his music once it’s out — and he’s got a good reason for that.

“Living in the digital age right now, it’s like, you know, my first hit ‘Pretty Little Poison’ – first number one on country radio. Like, I don’t even claim that song anymore. That song has become so big that it’s bigger than me,” Warrens shares in an interview.

“It’s bigger than what I’ve done, and even just moving forward and everything, that song is being sung back to me night after night,” he says. “So, it’s the fans’ music, they claim it, it’s theirs. I’m like, ‘Yo, you guys take the reins, sing it back to me.'”

As his next single, “Relapse,” makes its way up the country charts, that’s what Warren’s hoping for as well — that it finds a home in his fans’ hearts and becomes theirs.

Warren’s gearing up for shows in Europe in January and February, before he returns to the U.S. for his Relapse Tour, which kicks off March 27 in Nashville.
