Farm bill makes changes to ARC and PLC programs
The 2018 Farm Bill includes revisions to the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs. Farmers will be able to switch between the ARC and PLC programs on a crop-by-crop and farm-by-farm basis beginning next year.
