Weekly ethanol production, stocks slightly higher

U.S. ethanol production and stocks were up modestly last week. The U.S. Energy Information Administration says production averaged 1.048 million barrels a day, up 6,000 on the week, as the industry continues to wait for potential changes to the biofuel mandate and implementation of year-round E15 use.
