Maricela Diaz murder conviction upheld by high court

Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that the South Dakota Supreme Court has affirmed the conviction and sentence of Maricela Nicolasa Diaz for the murder of Jasmine Guevara. Diaz, Ft.
