RCA Records NashvilleYou can add Chris Young to the list of country artists who’ll be crooning a holiday tune this season, as the “Sober Saturday Night” singer prepares to release his sixth career album, It Must Be Christmas, on October 14.
“Christmas is one of my favorite times of year and it was hard to narrow down the list of songs for this record,” Chris says. “I’m excited to share my own versions of many of the standards I sang as a kid every year at Christmas, plus I had the opportunity to write a couple of original songs to celebrate the season.”
While Chris has yet to release the track listing for his yuletide collection, we do know he’ll be welcoming at least one special guest on his holiday set. This week, Chris released a snippet of him duetting with Alan Jackson on the tune, “There’s a New Kid in Town.”
