John Shearer/Getty ImagesFootball season got underway a little early in Nashville this year, as Florida Georgia Line put on a free concert Wednesday night to unveil the Tennessee Titans’ new uniforms for their upcoming 20th season.
The crowd packed the street at the intersection of Broadway and 1st Avenue, with Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley blazing through a set of nothing but hits, including their current smash “Meant to Be,” with Bebe Rexha joining them via video.
Tyler and BK brought their significant others onstage to do their giant hit, “H.O.L.Y.,” with Tyler’s wife Hayley holding their little one, Olivia, who was born just before Christmas. The Tradition Evolved set marked the baby’s first FGL show.
Newcomer Morgan Wallen brought personalized versions of the new jerseys onstage for the duo, before joining FGL for their hit collaboration, “Up Down.”
“It’s an honor to be a part of this organization,” Tyler said from the stage. “It’s an honor to be in the beautiful city of Nashville — our home state of Tennessee right here — hanging out on a Wednesday night.”
You can get a behind-the-scenes look at FGL’s giant party this weekend on CMT Hot 20 Countdown. It premieres Saturday at 9 a.m. ET.
