ABC/Image Group LAPop star Camila Cabello is going a little bit country, with a little bit of help from Kane Brown.
Variety reports the singer has teamed up with Kane for a duet version of her tune, “Never Be the Same.”
Camila hinted at the collab on Twitter, writing, “i. HAVE. A SURPRISE. FOR YOU. THIS WEEK.” Kane replied with two flame emojis.
The duet will reportedly drop this Friday. It follows other recent pop-country mash-ups, including “The Middle” by Zedd and Maren Morris and “Meant to Be” by Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line.
Earlier this year, Keith Urban and Kelsea Ballerini acknowledged how country-sounding “Never Be the Same” is by duetting on the song during a Facebook Live session announcing Keith’s upcoming tour.
