Atlantic Michael Ray will play songs from his new album, Amos, during a special live performance from the stage of Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry on Wednesday.
You can tune in to watch his set starting at 3 p.m. CT, via any of Michael’s or the Opry’s social media accounts. You can also submit questions for the Florida native in advance, which he’ll answer between songs.
Michael’s album is named for his beloved grandfather Amos, who had his own band and inspired his grandson to pursue a career in country music. He passed away two months before Michael made his Opry debut.
“The Grand Ole Opry introduced me to so much music over the years,” Michael says, “so leading into this album’s release it was important to me that we start it off right.”
The “Get to You” hitmaker will return to the Opry stage on Saturday, before traveling to New York City to play Opry City Stage on Times Square on Monday. Look for Michael to appear on both ABC’s Good Morning America and The Ellen DeGeneres Show that same day.
His sophomore album, Amos, arrives in stores and online Friday.
