Life’s Whatcha Make it: Jake Owen will wrap his 2018 tour by helping his hometown

ABC RadioChris LaneMorgan Wallen and Joe Diffie are pitching in to help Jake Owen raise money for his hometown.

They’ll play the December 8 benefit concert for Jake’s foundation at Indian River Fairgrounds in Vero Beach, Florida, where Jake grew up. Tickets for the show are on sale now online.

Jake started his charity in 2010 to help fight childhood cancer and other diseases through St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, and also to lend a hand to youth organizations and other causes in his hometown. So far, he’s raised more than $1.4 million for the effort.

Jake’s latest single, “Down to the Honkytonk,” just broke into country’s top 25, as he continues his Life’s Whatcha Make It Tour. The benefit show will be his final stop on the 2018 trek.
