Midland at the Mother Church: “Burn Out” hitmakers book headlining gig

BMLGMidland will spend Cinco de Mayo headlining their first show at the Ryman.

Mark WystrachCameron Duddy and Jess Carson are set to play the historic Nashville venue on May 5 of next year. Previously, the trio opened for Little Big Town at the Mother Church of Country Music.

“The heritage of country music is something that is very important to all three of us,” Mark tells the Tennessean. “The three of us are students of music.”

“We weren’t so nervous playing in front of 85,000 people at Stagecoach,” he continues, “but I think when you play the Ryman for the first time as a headliner, I think every one of us will be really fighting the emotions to get those first words out.”

Tickets for Midland’s Ryman show go on sale Friday, November 2.
